Job Responsibilities:
Represent the center in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times by promoting a positive, caring climate for staff, students, and parents.
Ensure that the program is cost effective, and cost are managed prudently.
Oversee the day to day functions of the center and manage staff.
Update data into PELICAN & COPA website
Assure consistent compliance with Keystone Stars, Pre- K Counts, and State Head Start, including maintenance of annual fire, health, and other inspections.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing daily activities, monitoring children’s progress, and maintenance of related records for your assigned classroom.
Comply with all Pre-K Counts and/or Head Start regulations.
Complete lesson plan one week in advance
Complete and organize all program related paperwork: Education binders should be kept up to date. Anecdotes should be completed daily and put into students file at the end of each month.
Communicate with parents regularly about their children's growth and progress as well as providing center and curriculum updates.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcomes families by creating a friendly environment and facilitating their participation.
Provides support to Lead Teacher with daily classroom operations
Facilitates in Assessing children’s needs and developmental progress on an on‐going basis.
Facilitates routines with smooth transition periods.
Performs general housekeeping tasks
